Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website www.studiokayana.com operated by Studio Kayana. By placing an order on this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services and Products
Studio Kayana offers trial passes and gift vouchers for participation in our regular weekly classes. Special events are not included, unless stated otherwise.
Each class visit must be booked directly with the specific teacher offering the class.

3. Trial Pass
The Trial Pass is valid from 1 December until 31 January.
Each class can be attended a maximum of two times per person.
The pass must be brought physically to each class and presented for validation.
Shipping is included within Swizerland via B-Post.
The Trial Pass is only valid for our regular weekly classes, not special events.
All orders are shipped once per week.

4. Gift Voucher
Gift vouchers can be purchased for a chosen amount or for a specific class.
They are valid for one year from the date of issue and may be personalized.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All orders are shipped once per week.

5. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in CHF and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment options include credit card or TWINT as shown at checkout.
An order is confirmed only once full payment has been received.

6. Delivery and Shipping
Products such as physical passes or vouchers are shipped once per week via B-Post.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final.
There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges for purchased passes or gift vouchers, including cases of non-use or missed classes.

8. Liability
Participation in all classes and activities is at your own risk.
Studio Kayana and its teachers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in our classes or events.

9. Changes and Validity
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version applicable to your purchase is the one published on the site at the time of your order.
