I’m the spaceholder for the Sun & Moon Journey and the Ayama Dance Ritual - a deeply embodied practice that weaves grounding movement with sacred ritual. Rooted in my Egyptian ancestry, dance has always been my language – movement is how I listen, express, and heal. My path has led me through classical dance, Pilates, bodywork, and ritual practices that honor the wisdom of the body.

Outside the studio, you’ll often find me dancing barefoot, sharing real and soulful conversations, or resting by the water. Nature, rhythm and presence shape everything I offer.

I am a multidisciplinary artist and landscape architect working with sound, body, and emotional wellbeing. I specialize in trauma-informed breathwork, somatic Pilates, and sound healing.
With roots in Cameroon, Madagascar, and Canada, my path has been shaped by movement between cultures, landscapes, and inner worlds. If sound is the bridge that connects the worlds I inhabit, then plants are my teachers. They guide how I move, how I listen, and how I hold space for others to feel, release, and remember what is alive within them. Through gentle somatic practices, collective storytelling, and sound, I invite softness without collapse, honesty without perfection and presence without pressure.
When I’m not holding space, you’ll often find me digging for new vinyls, wandering in nature, or sitting with the quiet work of becoming more myself.

My path into energy work was shaped by a deep appreciation for music, vibration and the unseen connection between people, nature and the universe. Over time, this sensitivity developed into a focused practice- combining sound, energy and presence to support others on their
own path.
Outside of holding space, I’m floating between soft breath and loud music, barefoot in nature one moment, breaking a sweat the next. I dance between sacred stillness and messy joy, between ritual and rawness. Spirit lives in both. I cherish slow mornings, deep connection and the quiet magic of presence. My path into teaching began with yoga, breath and meditation practices that taught me to listen inward and move with greater awareness. Over the years, living and studying in different parts of the world, including India and Colombia, deepened my understanding of how movement, intentionality and ritual shape body, mind and spirit.
I am a 500h RYT yoga teacher and was initiated in Kriya Yoga in the Himalayas, a lineage that continues to inform the depth and intention behind my teaching. Alongside yoga, Pilates and dance became important anchors for me, helping translate subtle awareness into grounded embodiment.
Outside the studio, I’m drawn to nature, deep conversations and experiences that invite both slowness and aliveness. I’m expressive by nature and love to sing, make music and explore new ways of moving through the world.

Yoga entered my life almost ten years ago, and the fascination was immediate. I felt connected, grounded, and at ease within myself, more balanced and more present. This sense of calm and contentment deeply touched me and awakened my curiosity. Ever since, I have loved exploring yoga and life, coming closer to myself, and connecting with both my inner world and the world around me. For me, yoga is the path inward – the path back to myself. I love sitting in stillness, allowing thoughts to pass by, and sinking deeply into my inner space.
In my free time, you’ll find me in nature. I love wandering through the forest, swimming in the lake, and surrendering to the rhythm of life.

My own relationship with yoga was anything but straightforward. I didn’t fit into traditional yoga spaces. I was too restless, too much of a joker, too loud, just different. It took me weeks to learn how to lie in savasana with my eyes closed (no seriously). I thought yoga belonged to a certain type of person and body: calm, flexible, effortless. But I slowly learned that yoga is not about forcing yourself into shapes or trying to portray this perfectly put-together persona, which none of us are anyway. It is simply about being, whether you arrive with a vintage Guess bag in hand or in worn Birkenstocks. My path inspired me to create a space for people who feel just like I did at the beginning, one where you do not need to look or act like a “yoga person” but arrive exactly as you are.
Off the mat, you’ll probably find me at a techno rave, taking an indoor cycling/HIIT class, drinking too much coffee (shocking, I know) or running around the city romanticising life somewhere between chaos and stillness.

Yoga - a path to physical and mental balance, a path to stillness. Being able to experience the beneficial, balancing and healing effects of yoga is a gift. The strength and energy that yoga provides help, time and again, to create moments for yourself amid a stressful everyday life, to turn your focus inward and, with regular practice, to expand these moments more and more. The unity of body, mind and breath is the key to the process of letting go of our mental and physical constructs - and ultimately freeing ourselves from them.
Transformation can take place, leading to inner peace and liberation. Pranayama and meditation bring calm, inner stillness and clarity; a feeling of lightness, serenity and relaxation begins to arise.

I have been working with astrology for over ten years and it has become my greatest teacher, a mirror showing that everything around us reflects what we carry within.
When I’m not studying the movement of the planets, I let my body lead and follow what feels right, whether it’s gentle yoga, cooking for my loved ones, lazy afternoon in the park, ecstatic dance or solo traveling.
